                         What is a tsunami

Tsunamis are huge waves of water that are usually caused by earthquakes or volcanic eruptions

• A warning of a tsunami is a moving away from the sand.

•  When the tsunami is going to hit the shore it will slow down but it grows bigger

• n March 2011, the Tohoku earthquake off the eastern coast of Japan caused a tsunami that was a major factor in the death of over 15000 people.

• The tsunami waves created by the Tohoku earthquake reached heights of over 40 metres (131 feet) in some areas, wiping out coastal towns and causing a number

Dear Mr Tyrell,

My favourite thing about learning is writing on the computer because the thing I like about is that when you spell a word and shows a red line that means the word that you spell is wrong. I can speak 2 languages and they are Samoan  and English .

My Interests are things I am good at - like games. The best game I have I  played on my psp was called fifa 15.
